My car was inoperable on a Sunday... shop was closed of course. I called Monday morning and Nate helped me with a tow company. That company arrived in under an hour. Wow. Nate let me know they couldn't look at my car til Tuesday though. Understandable. Which they did. They diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Had my car back in 2 days. So happy with the experience!

I had my Lexus towed here last minute, immediately after the nearby Valvoline unintentionally busted my oil filter cover. They were able to squeeze me in even tho they had rows of vehicles waiting to be serviced. The entire staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. LUKE went above and beyond to get the oil cover removed and replaced without any further damage or any additional unecessary parts. We were back on the road the same day! Biggest thanks to Luke and the rest of the team!

Well, Matt, the Service Manager at the Cliff Road Superior Auto Service Company, and his crew in the shop, did it again! They installed some running boards on our van and they exceeded our expectations. Despite the extremely hot, humid weather they did a great job, did everything as promised on time and on the price quoted! My wife and I will continue to rely on their expert services, the friendly front desk, which includes Katy’s sunshine smile when you walk in the front door!

This was my first time using their services. I live 10 minutes away. My husband passed away, so it’s my job to take care our 2022 Jeep. Everyone was so nice and honest. They told me what I didn’t have to be done. They keep me informed of the progress during my visit. They also have a comfortable waiting room. I recommend them.

I had a battery go bad on my car. I called early in the day and they were able to work me in the same day. They did diagnostics first to rule out other problems, but in the end replaced my 10+ year old battery. Very happy with speed and work.
